The founder of this organization has more than 15 years of experience in the field of automatic / semi-automatic car parking systems, which is still at its nascent stage in the Indian Real Estate Industry. Our Engineering Head has more than 30 years of experience.

Automatic / Semi-Automatic Parking Systems
i. Check the car parking layout prepared by the Architect for the proposed car parking layout through basements / ramps / car lifts, for the adequacy of the clearances, functional efficiency, check and optimize retrieval time, advice on load on slabs, power requirement etc. In the event of parking slots getting adversely affected due to review, suggest best alternative to achieve the required parking slots.
ii. Preparing the Detailed Feasibility Report (DFR) / Detailed Project Report (DPR) of various commercial and residential projects – for both private builders as well as Government contracts.
iii. Planning the location of the parking systems / car elevators/conventional car spaces including the exact dimensions of the parking systems /car elevators/ conventional car spaces (its length, width and height – every millimeter is accounted) for better maneuvering of all the cars during parking and retrieval.
iv. Handling the entire traffic management which would also include working out the feasible retrieval time of exit of all the cars on all the floors in peak and non-peak hours and take steps in case the retrieval time is on the higher side to avoid bottle neck.
v Work out the evacuation time for all the vehicles to be parked for this project.
vi. Planning of car park for the entire parking of the project may / may not include parking systems – as desired by the Client. At times even ramp based conventional car parking or even car lifts are recommended for car parking through podiums thus disregarding the concept of automatic parking systems in the said project if the same isn’t financially and practically viable.
vii. Giving vital inputs with regard to cost of construction of the podium parking levels / parking systems / basement levels and the time required for the same so that the project isn’t delayed for opting the same.
